Tonight, I was very much in the mood for some Salmon so I decided to coat the Salmon fillets with a variety of herbs (basically whatever I could lay my hands on). I then baked wrapped them in tin foil and placed them in the cooker (oven) for 35 minutes at fan assisted 200 degrees.
To accompany the Salmon, I roasted tomatoes, aubergines, baby marrows, red, yellow, green peppers and onions and if that was not enough - I decided to make some home made chunky hot chips to accompany our feast. Mmmmm delicious!!!
